St. John Neumann Academy is a school community focused on academic excellence in a nurturing, respectful, Christian environment. As a result, SJNA students have performed exceptionally well in the Performance Series and NCEA ACRE standardized achievement tests and earned top honors and/or participated in various academic competitions such as:
- Creative Communications Poetry Contest
- Knights of Columbus Keep Christ in Christmas Art/Poster Contest
- Knights of Columbus Citizenship Essay Contest
- The National History Day Competition
- Scripps National Spelling Bee
- The Zaner-Bloser Handwriting Contest
Equally important as their academic accomplishments, the students demonstrate compassion and understanding by eagerly participating in a variety of service projects that reach out to people in our own community and those in other parts of the world.
