The EISTC program allows you to contribute to the success of so many of our students while benefiting from valuable tax credits. By participating in the EISTC program, you not only support the educational mission of SJNA, but also take advantage of tax credits that can make a meaningful difference in your financial planning.
Under the EISTC program, contributions qualify for a Virginia Tax Credits equal to 65% of the donation. For example, an individual or business donor automatically shaves $650 off their Virginia tax bill with a $1,000 contribution. The minimum donation amount to receive the 65% tax credit is $500.
Currently, we have 45 wonderful Kindergarten - 8th Grade students attending SJNA because their families' annual income qualifies for tuition assistance made possible through the EISTC program. Not only are these students benefiting from an outstanding and faith-filled SJNA education and positively contributing to school life, donors are benefiting from this tax credit program as well. Our goal is to raise $125,000 each year in EISTC donations so we can ensure the current students can continue at SJNA and offer additional tuition assistance to future students as well.
